The accommodation is a tasteful 2 bedroom flat with open plan kitchen and living area. The bedrooms both have en-suites with showers, and the available bedroom has the larger bathroom. All rooms have sliding doors which open out onto a balcony overlooking St Paul’s Square , the church and small park. There is a parking space in an underground car park with street level access. The street is mostly quiet, and the area has some lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops just down the road and adjacent to it. There is a Tesco Express and Coop just around the corner, and a Lidl a few minutes drive away. New Street station is a 10-15 minute walk away, and St Paul’s Tram station is just a 5 minute walk away. The flat is in a perfect location to access most areas of Birmingham by foot or a short drive. As for living with me, I usually work Monday to Friday, like to keep the flat clean, am easy to get on with and enjoy cooking, sport, music and a pint.
