A room in a two bed flat share

My name is Zainab, I’m looking for a female flatmate to occupy a room in my two bedroom flat in jewelry quarter. It is not en-suite, but you’ll have exclusive use of the family bathroom, which means the bathroom is yours , not shared.

The apartment is fully furnished, bills not inclusive. Bills which include council tax , electricity water and broadband. roughly around £180-£200 monthly depending on usage.

I am 29 years old, I work remotely .I’m very neat and organised, and respectful of boundaries and personal space, I am also very easy going.
I’m looking for a person that can clean after themselves, organised and also respect personal space.
