 8 minutes to walk to Snow Hill Station and 13 minutes to walk to New Street Station. 

3  minutes away from Tesco Express, 4 minutes from Tesco Superstore, and 12 minutes from the Co-op. 

A 12-minute walk will take you to Birmingham's library, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Symphony Hall, and the International Convention Center. 

Within 15 minutes you can reach Brindley Place and the Colmore business district. Restaurants, cafes, and pubs can also be found nearby.

Tenants have access to a rooftop terrace in the building. In the penthouse, there is a large living room with two-storey ceilings and an open kitchen. 

In the penthouse, both furnished double rooms and ensuites are located on the second floor.
The en suite has a double bed. The ensuite room comes with a desk and chair, which is available for purchase from one of our tenants if anyone is interested. 

A double room includes a double bed, two nightstands, two comfy chairs, and a drawer. 
If you live on the second floor, you'll have your own bathroom, but you may have to share a bathroom with other tenants downstairs 
 
The current tenants is a graduated student. An easy-going and sociable household is looking for a professional who enjoys going out for food and drinks as well as chilling out at home.

The rent is £650PCM for the ensuite and the double room is £620PCM , and the bills are around £150PCM (council tax band E + electricity + water + internet).

The minimum tenancy length is 12 months.

Our tenants are leaving town, so we are seeking someone to share this household with. Professionals are preferred, but mature students may also be considered. (Female only )

The room is available from Sep 7th (may be able to be slightly flexible with the date).
