I am looking for a flatmate to join up on a lease starting Jan 31st for this apartment. This is a 2 bedroom apartment and you would have your own private bathroom as my room is en-suite. You would be taking over the lease from my current flatmate who is moving out to pursue a career in London.

The apartment is situated in Jewellery Quatre in a residence space.

Bills go up to roughly £150 (entire house) depending on energy use in the winter i. e. council tax, energy, water and WiFi.

Ideally, a tidy female working professional looking to make friends in Birmingham and has her own hobbies/ interests.
