There’s a great room available in a modern ground floor flat in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter (B3) — just a 15-minute walk to New Street Station, and super close to Tesco, local pubs, cafés, and all the best Birmingham city vibes.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just one person – me! I’m an extroverted and easygoing working professional (hybrid work setup). I love to chill, watch movies, hang out, have a laugh — but I also fully respect personal space and downtime. I keep the place clean and comfy, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe.
