We’re looking for someone to join us in our shared house starting 08/09/25. The contract will be 3 months with the option to renew in December.
We have a lovely 4 bed townhouse in the jewellery quarter. The first room is a double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and en-suite. It comes with under bed storage, 2 bedside tables a super comfy double bed and walk in wardrobe with plenty of space.
The second room has a double bed, under bed storage, wardrobe and bedside table. It shares a family bathroom with two other girls. There’s also large cupboards downstairs to store suitcases and shoes.
The house has bedrooms on the first floor, the second floor has a casual living-dining area and kitchen as well as a small balcony. The 3rd floor has a large formal living room with fire and TV and a large balcony. It's a secure gated community close to public transport. The furniture is slightly different to the pictures posted on the market advert but if interested you're welcome to come view.
Current flatmates are Rhea (25) a speech therapist, Katie (25) a respiratory scientist and Emma (28) a psychological therapist. We love doing stuff together from binging shows, shopping and gym.
Rent is 640 and bill 126.
