Room for rent in shared house (Jewelry Quarter)

We are a young professional couple and a sausage dog living in a townhouse and looking to rent out a room. We are preferably looking for a female student/young professional who also loves dogs!

We’re open to short or long-term rent.
It will be £600 per month, including bills.

For an additional £30 per month you are welcome to use our pots & pans, kitchen towel, toilet roll and laundry detergent.

Locality:
- 4 min walk to Tesco Extra on Spring Hill Road.
- 15-20 min walk to Birmingham New Street.

The room comes with a single bed, large desk and chair, and a wardrobe.

The house also includes:
- Shared living room with TV
- Shared kitchen with washing machine and dryer
- Patio with furniture
