Flatmate wanted for a modern two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter – Apartment 8, 67 Great Hampton St, Birmingham (B18). The flat is in a secure, recently converted building with an open-plan kitchen/living area, two genuine double bedrooms and you’ll have your own private bathroom. You’d be taking one double room and your own bathroom, sharing just the kitchen and living space with me.

The location is a big plus: a short walk to Jewellery Quarter station, and easy access to Snow Hill, New Street and the city centre. The area is packed with independent cafes, bars, restaurants and gyms, so it’s ideal if you want a lively but neighbourhood feel.

I’m a tidy, easy-going young professional/postgrad who likes a calm, comfortable home – relaxed vibes, not a party flat – and I’m looking for someone similar: clean, respectful and friendly, who’s happy to chat but also do their own thing.
