Room in a 2 bed Flat in Jewellery Quarter

My flatmate is moving out in August so there is a room available to rent in Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. It is on the doorstep of St Pauls' Square, St Pauls Metro stop and a short walk to Snow Hill train station and the city centre.

There is underground parking on site, the flat has a Juliet balcony, with a patio area that is shared between the whole building. The council tax is a little high (in my opinion), with the other bills being water, wifi and electricity which fluctuate each month.

I am a 24 y/o male that has studied and lived in Birmingham for the last 5 years. I am a working professional as a sports coach and data analyst. There is a lot more to me than just that and i would love to share more about myself.
