Double room available in a 2 bed flat in the Jewellery Quarter. Within walking distance of New Street station and Birmingham City Centre.

Shared space includes a large living room and kitchen, with TV etc. Your room would have an en-suite bathroom, as seen in the pictures. Bills are approximately £150-£200 a month inc. council tax.

The flat is unfurnished however, I currently own a lot of the furniture in the living area - you would need to purchase a bed for your own room.

I'm a trainee solicitor (about to be qualified) working in the city centre. I usually work from the office however do occasionally work from home. I’m sociable and pretty tidy, so looking for someone likeminded.
