A furnished double room is available in a modern apartment in the Jewellery Quarter for £650 per month, with council tax, electricity, water and broadband included.

The bedroom has a large floor-to-ceiling built-in wardrobe and enough space for a desk, making it suitable for working from home. You’ll also have full use of the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The building has a concierge who can accept parcel deliveries, access to a small residents’ gym, and excellent transport links. Jewellery Quarter train and tram station is around a five-minute walk away. Parking may also be available at an additional monthly cost, subject to availability.

You’ll be sharing with a 32-year-old male working professional. I spend most of my time working or at the gym and rarely host visitors. The household is relaxed and flexible, with the simple expectation that we both clean up after ourselves.

Female preferred because, as a live-in landlord sharing the bathroom and communal areas, I personally feel more comfortable with a female lodger and believe that arrangement would best suit the calm, respectful home environment I’m looking for.

Single occupancy only. No smoking, pets, couples or frequent overnight guests. Available immediately for a minimum of two months and a maximum of 12 months. The deposit is £650.
