Brook Bungalow is on the side of our home. The self catering accommodation consists of a large lounge overlooking the garden, one bedroom, large ensuite shower room and kitchen with dining area.
Sunny decking area
All equipment necessary for self catering.
Washing machine, ironing board, etc.

Suitable for a working professional, who may be working away from home.

Use of washing machine (1 wash per week free of charge) small extra charge for additional washes

Close to Coventry city centre, Prologis Park, the Ricoh Arena and convenient for Birmingham airport and the NEC

*£15 per week extra during the winter months to cover reasonable use of the central heating (and in the summer if the heating is used)
