The house is a two-bedroomed terraced house in a street off Kings Heath High St with Kings Heath park at the bottom of the rd. Upstairs there is two bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet. Down stairs is the living room, dinning area, kitchen and downstairs toilet and a conservatory. You will have use of the bathroom, kitchen, backroom, front room, conservatory, and garden
Kings Heath is a multi-cultural area with a busy High St with 3 major supermarkets, one open from 7a. m. to 10pm, many shops including chemists, hairdressers, and many independent shops
The area is vibrant with many restaurants, cafes, and bars, 7 pubs all with-in 5 minute walking distance, as is Mosley with more restaurants and bars. There’s a farmer’s market here and Mosley as well as an artisan market and numerous events There are 2 major music venues, the Hare and hounds and the dark horse plus many others which can both be walked too.
There are 3 gyms, 2 golf courses, 2 tennis clubs, running club, yoga center, and leisure center with a pool, plus others, circus skills for example, art and music classes.
There is a Local library, all major faiths groups, and community centers and 3 parks, kings Heath Park (5 mins), Highbury Park (10 mins), and Cannon Hill (15 mins) which contains the Midlands Art Centre with cinema art gallery and many cultural events
There is 50 bus service from the top of the road to central Birmingham every 5 mins, drops off 7 mins from New Street Station and 2 mins to Moore Street Station and Birmingham coach station. and BCU and Aston uni. The 76 bus service to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham University from the bottom of the road. The closest motorway access is the M42 Junction 3 leading to the M6, M5 and M40.
