Huge, bright, double with king size bed, lots of wardrobe space, full-length mirror. Room is in our 3 bedroom Kings Heath Victorian house.

We are semi retired teachers with lots of interests. We let the largest bedroom regularly to a lodger. In the past we have had mature students, PhD students and professionals. The house is tidy and calm. Non smokers please.

All bills including council tax, 100mb broadband and TV license included.

If you are reading this you probably know, but if you don't Kings Heath is the best place to live in Birmingham. We are 5 mins from the Hare and Hounds and all the High Street has to offer. We are right next to Kings Heath and Highbury Park. Moseley is very close with more bars and restaurants. The area has loads going on as well as being well connected to the city centre (the 50 bus runs 24 hours) and University of Birmingham/QE hospital. (Bus 76).

Our part time dog is sometimes home so you need to be okay with dogs.
