The room has a double bed (new John Lewis mattress), working gas fire place, hanging wardrobe and chest of drawers. Located on ground floor of my town house, the downstairs bathroom is next it. Will take some pics in the daylight to get full effect of how nice it is.
I have sky TV and super fast broadband, a washer dryer and a dishwasher.
I live a stone's throw away from the beautiful Kings Heath Park and 10mins walk to the vibrant High Street. The major bus routes to city run just from Vicarage Road (2mins walk away).
I do have a dog, Bandit; he's very friendly and loves attention/belly rubs.
I'm currently a primary school teacher but go part time after Xmas till Easter as following my dream of working with animals so will be volunteering at animal shelters and vets to gain needed experience, hence the need to open up my house for a friendly lodger :-)
