Bedroom in shared house

I live in a lovely terrace house in King's Heath, literally round the corner from the hare and hounds music pub. Kings heath is a vibrant area of Birmingham with some cool little bars, tapas place and eateries as well as a retro shop and some really glos charity shops. Im looking for someone to share with. The room is a double size but has a single bed in it although this can be changed or packed away if you have you're own things. It's a terrace so lovely and warm. Shared living space, broadband and downstairs bathroom with shower. I also live with a dog, a small border terrier who loves people and going to the pub and a little cat called who loves a cuddle.
