For those of you that don't know the area its a very cosmopolitan area with easy access to the city centre by car (10 mins) or jump on the No 50 bus (20 mins) which runs 24hrs a day and during peak times there's a bus every few minutes.

Ideally located on the south side of Birmingham giving easy and quick access to all motorways (M6/M5/M42/M60), Solihull and Birmingham city either by car or public transport (No 50 bus service to the City Centre is rated as best in Europe.

Rent inclusive of all bills (Gas/Electric/Water/TV/Council Tax) but excludes broadband. Existing tenants already have broadband connected and split the cost amongst themselves. Viewing of the properties is highly recommended.
