There is a spacious dining kitchen which is fully equipped, a nice lounge with French doors to the garden, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, downstairs toilet, off-street parking and a garden. The house is in a convenient location close to public transport (5 min walk to bus stop, 20-25 min to Birmingham City Centre, buses run every 5-10 min), close to motorway network, close to Leisure Centre (5 min walk), close to canal (5 min walk).
