En Suite Shower Double Kings Heath

My lovely lodger is moving out as relocating to London so my awesome double bedroom with en suite shower on top floor of my town house is available. - huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, non-slip rug, bedside table, large wall mirror and memory foam matress. I'm situated 15mins walk to Kings Heath High Street or bus stop 3mins walk that takes you into city centre (20mins on bus) or QE and UOB. I have study/dining room on entrance, TV lounge, a galley kitchen with all amenities including a washer dryer, a dishwasher and a six hob cooker, and downstairs toliet. First floor is my bedroom and second lounge (games room as I call it) and top floor is bedroom advertised and bathroom. The room is currently half light blue, half purple as lodger didn't get round to finishing painting preferred colour. Was going to paint neutral colours when she's moved but welcome to paint how you'd like if more your thing.
I'm a primary school teacher so work a lot during term time. Like Netflixing, ps4, local bars and pubs here - Hare and Hounds up the road is great for gigs (not a clubber these days unless on odd occasion go to a rock night in town) and I also write: will be starting my PhD part time in September. I do have an Alaskan husky, Bandit, who loves lots of affection and cuddles but understand a large dog isn't to everyone's taste. If interested, just gimme a text or message on here :-) Matt
