There's a large garden, bike storage if needed and a driveway for off-road parking.
The room is freshly-decorated and furnished with a king size bed, drawers, a wardrobe and a full-length mirror.
Looking for a respectful and easy-going housemate who is used to sharing space.
There's a bus stop right outside, on the 50 & 76 route so it's an easy commute to Birmingham City Centre/QE hospital/Solihull.
Kings Heath high street is a short walk away, as is the park.
It's not a party house but definitely up for sharing a glass of wine after work.
Two cats live here too :)
Will also consider mon-fri lets.
