Double room with large wardrobes has recently become available, the new tenant would have sole use of the family bathroom. The flat comprises kitchen/lounge with double doors out to patio that looks over canal and greenery.
Current housemate is a friendly young professional (female) who work a standard Monday to Friday and enjoys going to the gym and socialising. The flat is kept tidy and clean.
