Double room, close to KH high street (bills inc)

I’m looking for someone to move into my cozy second bedroom, you’d be living with myself (35f) and my cat Churro. I’m laid back, active and friendly and am looking for a lodger that would be similar, who is happy to chat but also to have their own space.

The room is the back bedroom in the house. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe and two chests of drawers in the room and a large window which makes it very sunny during the day.

You would have full access to all shared rooms including a living room, and the large renovated kitchen and garden.

The house is less than a 5 min walk from the high street, with Sainsbury’s at the end of the road, and great cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.

The bus stop for the 50/35 (for the city centre) and the 76 (for the QE hospital and University of Birmingham) are a 5 min walk from the house. With the bus stop for the 11 and 27 just outside of the house.

All bills are included in the price, as well as a fortnightly cleaner that cleans the common areas. Price is fixed until April 25.

I have 9-5 job and work from home once a week. As I’m very active I tend to leave early in the morning to go to the gym, and am away over the weekends approximately 1 or 2 times a month.
I’m open to considering a Monday - Friday let for a reduced rate.
