Double room, close to KH high street (bills inc)

The room available is the back bedroom in the house. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe and two chests of drawers in the room and a large window which makes it very sunny during the day.

You would have full access to all shared rooms including a living room, and the large recently renovated kitchen and garden.

The house is less than a 5 min walk from the high street, with Sainsbury’s at the end of the road, and great cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk.

The bus stop for the 50/35 (for the city centre) and the 76 (for the QE hospital and University of Birmingham) are a 5 min walk from the house. With the bus stop for the 11 and 27 just outside of the house.

All bills are included in the price, as well as a fortnightly cleaner that cleans the common areas. Price is fixed until April 25.

I have 9-5 job and work from home once a week. I'm very active so tend to leave early in the morning to go to the gym. I also have a cat called Churro who is very friendly.

I’m open to considering a Monday - Friday let for a reduced rate.
