Spacious Room Sharing with 2 Female Professionals

Spacious furnished double bedroom to let in a friendly and relaxed house share with 2 females, aged 30 and 49. All bills and strong broadband included.

We've been a great team of 2 for the last 1.5 years and are now looking for a third person to share our comfy space. We like to do our own thing but also have regular catch ups with a cup of tea or watch a film together.

Bright, quiet and cosy house, clean and tidy with nice views and close to public transport (<5min to bus route no.50 into Birmingham), motorway network (10min to M42), leisure centre (5min) and canals (5min). Close to Kings Heath shopping facilities, coffee shops, restaurants etc.
