Double room in HMO

Hi, I have 2 double rooms with en-suite available in my HMO in Mayberry Close Highters Heath. The house comes with a shared kitchen and a small lounge area. The property was refurbished 1.5 years ago and has individual room thermostats so each tenant can choose to heat their room to their own preference. 350meg broadband is provided and all the bills are included. There is parking at the rear for 2 cars. The house is in a small close of just 16 properties and looks out on to a grassy area. This is a quiet close with a mix of families so would not suit a rowdy crowd. We are on the 49, 2, and 3 bus route so suitable for QE hospital and the Solihull Land Rover site too. Shirley train station is about a 5-minute drive away or the bus takes you straight there. One room is larger than the other and slightly less in price.
