First floor room with double bed available in Kings Heath with one reception room, large kitchen, and chillout extension space. Part paved and part grass garden great for outdoor get-togethers and summer BBQs.

All household bills are included: fast Wi-Fi (unrestricted downloads), gas, electric, water, tv licence and Council Tax.

We are 3 professionals (1 male 2 female aged 32-45) looking for a friendly housemate who is happy to keep the place clean and tidy. Single professionals/phd students preferred (no couples sorry!)
