Beautiful house in KH, two rooms available

Hi all,

I have two great tenants that are both moving out over the summer and would like to replace them.

I am a live out landlord as I live in London but I’m back in Birmingham quite often should anything need fixing etc (although that’s not been an issue).

The house is a lovely terraced house and I have just carried out renovation works giving the place some TLC, extra storage etc!

There are 3 bedrooms at the house, two of which I am renting out. Whichever room is left empty can act as a spare room.

The loft room has a toilet and sink in it and is £725 a month. The other two rooms are £700.

All bills are included but for the gas which is topped up via a card. Usually about £6-10 a week.

I cover the water, Wi-Fi, council tax and electric.

The locations great as it’s right next to York Street but you don’t have the noise from the high street.

I’m open to couple, pets etc. I just want the house to be enjoyed whilst I don’t live in it.
