Beautiful house in KH, furnished room available

Hi all,

Looking for someone/couple to take a room in this house.

The house is a lovely terraced house with two reception rooms (so good for WFH), and a spare room. I recently carried out renovation works giving the place some TLC, extra storage etc, so excuse the dust sheets in the picture!

There is one person also living at the house who is social and friendly

All bills are included but for the gas which is topped up via a card. Usually about £6-10 a week.

I cover the water, Wi-Fi, council tax and electric.

The locations great as it’s right next to York Street but you don’t have the noise from the high street.

I’m open to couple, pets etc. I just want the house to be enjoyed.
