Hi! I'm looking for a female housemate to join me in my home. It's a fully renovated, modern and spacious Victorian terraced house. It's a 5 bed home, but I'm only looking for 1 housemate, so there’s lots of space.

The room is a large double with ensuite bathroom. The room includes a comfy bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

You will also have an additional private small room which can be used as a home office, a snug chill out room, or dressing room. We will share the large kitchen/dining area/lounge including TV. You’ll have your own personal fridge-freezer. There's a lovely south facing garden, with a furnished chill out area and BBQ!

It’s a few mins walk to Kings Heath high street, and very close to Highbury and Kings Heath Parks, and York Road bars/restaurants.

Free parking is available on the street, and there’s great bus links into the city centre (routes 35 and 50).

Rent includes all bills (fast Virign wifi, council tax band C, gas, electric, water), as well as a cleaner every 2 weeks for your room and the communal spaces.

I enjoy staying active, cooking and eating out, travelling and music festivals, amongst other things. It'd be great to find someone that I get on with, whilst also taking advantage of the large house to have our own space too.
