Double Room + Private Bathroom + Dressing Room

Hi! I'm looking for a female housemate to join me and my other housemate in my home. It's a fully renovated, modern and spacious Victorian terraced house. It's a 5 bed home, but there will only be 3 of us, so there’s lots of space.

The room is a good sized double. It has its own (separate) bathroom with large rain head shower and bath (will be used by you exclusively). The room includes a comfy bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

You will also have an additional private small room which can be used as a snug chill out room or dressing room for example. We will share the large kitchen/dining area/lounge including TV. There's a lovely south facing garden and chairs to chill out on.

It’s just a few mins walk to Kings Heath high street and the newly opened train station which takes you into New Street in the city centre. The house is very close to Highbury and Kings Heath Parks and York Road bars/restaurants. It’s a great area!

Free parking is available on the street, and there’s great bus links into the city centre (routes 35 and 50) - bus stop is a 2 minute walk.

Rent includes all bills (fast Virign wifi, council tax band C, gas, electric, water), as well as a cleaner every 2 weeks for your room and the communal spaces.

We both enjoy staying active, eating out and travelling. It’s a friendly and chilled vibe in the house, we are both working professionals. Because of the size of the house, we can take advantage of having our own space too.
