Double room on KH high street

Small double UNFURNISHED room in a nice house off Kings Heath High street, 24 hour bus route - number 50. On road parking. All shops/24 hour are a 5 minute walk or less. The room is unfurnished and there is direct ladder access to the loft for more storage if needed. Nice bright garden with seating, big kitchen, gas cooker, no dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with storage. Two very friendly cats, they are not allowed upstairs. All bills included, I have Wi-Fi, happy to share Netflix etc. Includes professional cleaner to all shared areas weekly and garden maintenance.

I appreciate a tidy person.

No alcohol in the house please.

Guests welcome with considerations.
You can smoke in garden, small shelter.

WFH considered, no shift workers please, I tend to work with a 10pm-6am sleep schedule.

I work from home 3 days a week, in my bedroom.
