The room is unfurnished and there is direct ladder access to the loft for more storage if needed. Nice bright garden with seating, big kitchen, gas cooker, no dishwasher, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with storage. Two very friendly cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Not a party house. All bills included, I have Wi-Fi, happy to share Netflix etc.
