En-suite modern double room with parking

An En-suite Room is available for rent. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is newly built, has a scenic view, and a separate entrance. The room is perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet place and occasional family vibe. Short term will also be considered. The room has large TV, internet, Power shower, small fridge-freezer, wardrobe. The house to be shared with a very friendly family of 3 adult members (No small kid). We are both working full time. As a family we love travelling, music, movie, doing outdoor activities.

This part of the house is a new extension. You will be fine to use the large dining table for your workspace as well.

We sometimes (once in a few months) do family gathering during weekend, a family friendly person is preferred. The rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax and internet). It is also possible to arrange stay for regular 2-5 days stay.
