Hi,

We have 1 room available in a 2 room apartment in Shirley/Warstock/Kings Heath. (Right on the edge of Birmingham and Solihull.)

Great access into both Birmingham, Solihull, Majors Green, Hollywood, Redditch, Coventry.

After entering a joint front door with downstairs apartment, upstairs you will find:
2 Double bedrooms (one is £725, the other £800 based on size).
A kitchen/diner and a bathroom.

1 room upstairs is taken by a 39 year old, professional male. He is friendly, gay and clean if this matters to anyone.

Downstairs lives another couple (aged 32-37) in a separate 1 bed apartment. They are friendly, active and outdoorsy.

This is a lovely home where the 3 of us all get on and enjoy eachothers company but also appreciate our own free time and space :)

Looking for 1 friendly, clean, fun housemate to take the final room.

Road has ample parking.
Bills included (within reasonable usage)
