Double room in kings Heath

I’m looking for a house mate for my home in kings Heath. It’s a rented property so deposits required by the estate agent
Double room, large bathroom with stand alone bath. Large garden with patio. Room is furnished but if not needed furniture can be removed.
Looking for someone to enjoy the house with, not just share the space so looking for someone I can get on with and chill on the evenings with.
I go the gym, for runs but love a night in the pub or out to get food. Respectful of shared spaces.
House is lovely and on a quiet road but just off the high street
Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine
