The house is located in Kings Heath in a quiet area next to a park! It's also close to Stirchley shops and pubs. The 35 bus is very handy to go to the city centre.
Bills included: council tax, water, electricity/gas and broadband (125Mb fibre)
You'll have access to the whole house to enjoy, garden included!
I'm looking for a clean, tidy, friendly and respectful person, that's how we are! ♡ Even though everyone has their own lives and friends, it's nice to hang around the house and have fun times together 🤗
