First floor room with (small) double bed available in Kings Heath with one reception room, large kitchen, and chill-out extension space. Part paved and part grass garden, which is great for outdoor get-togethers and summer BBQs - and drying your laundry when it’s sunny ;-).

All household bills are included: Wi-Fi (unrestricted downloads), gas, electric, water, tv licence and Council Tax. Free on street parking.

We are 3 professionals (3 female), aged 30-35) looking for a friendly housemate who is happy to keep the place clean and tidy. Single professionals/phd students preferred - no couples, sorry!

Kings Heath is a great area with a real community feel. York Road is just around the corner and perfect to go for drinks in summer! FYI, the cat in our pictures is not ours, but she likes to visit our garden :)
