House to yourself or with a friend in lovely KH

I have 2 rooms in this lovely house available.

There isn’t currently anyone at the property and I am looking to fill at least one room.

I am a live out landlord but can come to the house to meet you if you are interested and show you around.

The house is a terraced house with a lounge, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on the second and also an en suite loft room. You are welcome to chose which room. They are all cosy and warm.

The house is a stones throw from the high street but without the noise, so you have all the local amenities nearby. The property is fully furnished but you’re welcome to swap any furniture with your own if you like.

Ideally looking for someone for someone easy going that will keep the place clean. If there was a group that wanted to take multiple rooms that’s also perfectly fine.

I pay Council Tax, Eletric, Water and Wifi. And you can top up the gas via top up card at the shop 100m away.

Everything works well at the house and I have recently done some renovations!
