2 Bedrooms in KH House

I have 2 rooms in this lovely house available.

The property is on the market to be sold but there are very few viewings, so I have chosen to rent out two rooms until the sale (if that happens). I’m expecting the property to be sold by August next year but it may be longer.
I am a live out landlord but I do come to the property to carry out any rennovation works when necessary.

Whoever takes the rooms will need to be ok with viewings taking place at the property. They typically happen once a week at a time that suits whoever is at the house.

There are currently no other people at the house. So you will have a say over who any new people may be so that it suits you.

I pay Council Tax, Eletric, Water and Wifi.

Pets are fine provided that they can go to the toilet outside instead of in a litter tray inside.

There are three lovely rooms to choose from, one loft room with a en suite toilet and basin. The two other rooms are evenly sized on the first floor all of the rooms have double beds and other furniture that can be removed if you like.
