Must be OK with small, well behaved dog. Bedding in pictures not included unless you don't have your own - mattress is new & new toilet seat to be fitted. May update pictures as the room has only just been cleared. You must be working, quiet and respectful of mutual space. This is my home. Absolutely no couples as its a new build & noise insulation is non existent. I'm friendly & open minded & hoping for similar.
