One double room available

For a working professional who doesn’t work from home.

This might sound a bit strict, but I’m actually pretty easygoing, it’s just my preference. I’d rather not live with someone who drinks heavily or uses recreational drugs, based on past experiences. No judgment at all, it’s just not something I want in my home.

I work shifts, which means I can be up at unusual hours, sometimes getting up for work at midnight, so I may go to bed as early as 6pm. I’ll always be very quiet when getting ready and I’d appreciate the same in return. We can definitely talk this through to make it work for both of us.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone professional, clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and belongings.

It would be lovely if we could also be friends not just housemates but I’m equally happy to keep things more professional if that’s what you prefer.

I’m a single female just trying to navigate life (as we all are these days!). I’m friendly, caring, kind and outgoing, but I do value my own space and downtime, I’m good at taking myself to my room to relax when I need it.

Also, when I’m not at work, I’m often at my moms, our family dog is there and she’s my favourite. Ps and to get fed :)

The room has a double bed and rail for clothes. Currently my spare room for my clean washing. I will put some new curtains up.
