2 bedrooms 'upstairs' of house - almost apartment

Hi :)

An unusual houseshare that is almost '1 apartment downstairs' and '1 apartment upstairs'.

We (Aleisha (F)and Martin(M))are a friendly, easy-going, active, outdoorsy, into mountaineering, slightly geeky couple who live downstairs. Age 33-38. We are looking for 1-2 lodgers to either take the upstairs of the house or tonhave two occupancy.

Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, which share a bathroom and kitchen/living room with each other. (Downstairs we have our own bathroom and kitchen).

Upstairs, one bedroom is extra large. (Picture older, no longer has cott, will update, welcome to view)
One bedroom is regular.
- SMALLER: occupied (F)
- LARGER: available beginning of October

- this can be rented as two bedrooms to 2 different people.
- or 1-2 people could choose to take the whole upstairs, having the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen/living room for themselves.

You'd enter the house through a shared front door and hallway which is joined via staircase to the hallway upstairs. i. e. this is not a completely separated apartment with its own front door.
Your privacy will be respected however and we will only come upstairs when it is necessary (e. g. to briefly go in the loft, or if something needs fixing.). We hope you'd respect our privacy downstairs to when door is shut, but welcome to hang out, play games, watch movies and use gardern. We have an open door to and hang out with past lodges.

Can do furnished, or part furnished.

We are a short walk from lots of major bus routes.
- 10 min bus or 25minute walk to Shirley train station
- 45min bus into Birmingham city centre (4minute walk to stop)
-25 minute cycle into the city centre. ( i cycle to bouldering centre regularly)
- Close to Shirley, Maypole and Kings Heath
- Easy access to M42 and M6.

The following BILLS ARE INCLUDED within fair use. (happy to discuss bills excluded if you'd rather)
- Gas, electric, council tax, water.
- Internet will be included if you want it to, or you can get your own sim/internet upstairs.
EXCLUDED:
- tv licence (if you want this, you're welcome to get it yourself).

Myself and aleisha do tend to come home often around 10pm, and whilst we try to be as quite as possible, we will have to close and lock the front door..
