Pleasant house share which is low key and a live out landlord who is there infrequently. Seeking a thoughtful and sensitive house mate who works, probably suit a postgrad or young professional looking for a peaceful, happy home to come back to of an evening.
It is a 3 storey house which is clean and the decor is bright and redone every few years.
The room is on the second floor with easy access to a large bathroom shared with one other house mate. The windows open out onto a fire escape (these are the bars you can see in the photographs). The rest of the house has all the usual mod-cons, with a large kitchen overlooking the the back garden. There is also a cleaner who comes once week.
The bus stop into the city is at the end of the road where the 35 and 50 bus routes pass. Moseley village is a 15 minute walk away and Kings Heath High Street is also at the end of the road.
