Looking for a friendly, clean & tidy, responsible professional/post-grad student to move in to our large, homely, Victorian townhouse in Kings Heath.

The room is on the first floor overlooking the front garden. It's large and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, drawers, full length mirrors and bedside table.

The main bathroom is on the first floor. It has a full size bath and power shower with massive hot water tank. No cold showers!

Plenty of communal space on the ground floor:

A big lounge with a 42" HDTV, Virgin media, DVD player, Various games systems and hi-fi.

Dining/reading room.

Kitchen with two fridge-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of storage and breakfast bar.

Downstairs WC/utility.

Drying room.

Huge garden with a patio and bbq, perfect for entertaining in the summer.

Cellar for additional storage of bikes, tools, craft materials etc. Attic storage and under-stair storage for luggage, seasonal items, etc.

A cleaner comes in weekly to look after the place, because who likes cleaning?

The current housemates are a sports enthusiast, a singer/songwriter and a stand-up comedian/slam poet (though all, thankfully, have day jobs) . It's a big house and very quiet. Generally people get cosy here and don't feel the need to leave.

The house is on the main road with off-road parking for two cars. We are situated a 5-10 minute walk from the shops, pubs & restaurants of Kings Heath and a short hop on the bus to Moseley. Various bus routes (50, 35, 69, 11, 76) are close by (100m) to get you into and around the city. If you commute by car junction 3 of the M42 is only 10 minutes away and it's 20 minutes to the University of Birmingham, Queen Elizabeth hospital.
