Good sized double bedroom in a large sociable 4-bed house, 1 min walk from Kings Heath High Street.

We are looking for a fun, sociable and friendly housemate who is clean and considerate. Because of the restrictions and current situation we are looking for a housemate we can all get on with. We will be a bit pickier than we would have before and will want to make sure that we are a good fit.

We are a 1-minute walk from the Kings Heath high street with access to numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, parks and almost any shop you could need. There are also great transport links into the city and we are just down the road (15/20 min walk) from Moseley.

We are a sociable house who enjoy pubs, BBQs, games nights, cooking, movies and watching tv. We have recently got into gardening as well (how original). We all get along and hope to find someone to fit in. In the house is Adam who works from home as a web designer, Mary who works at the BBC but is currently working from home as well and Kharla who works for the NHS as a radiographer.
