As a house we like to go out together and also have our own space at times. We also like cooking (mainly BBQ's in this weather) cinema, shopping, watching films and so on, We would like a sociable house mate to come and join our house, get involved with everyone and make it there home as we have.

The house is nicely decorated. There are 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and living room, 2 fridge freezers and a washing machine. We have a nice private back garden which the sun is on all day, with garden furniture. We all park on the road outside our house for free so if you have a car then that's fine.

The property is located about 4 miles from the centre of Birmingham, with an easy bus routes which takes around 20 minutes in to the city centre. Shops and supermarkets are all within a 2/3 minute walk. The house is locate a short distance away from the popular suburbs of Moseley.
