I am offering 1 room on the top floor, in a large Victorian property. Each room is spacious and fully-furnished with comfortable double beds, good natural light and central heating. The shared accommodation is a cosy kitchen/dining leading onto a terrace and attractive garden.

I am looking for quiet, considerate, professional people who will normally be out during the working day. I am offering full use of the kitchen/diner for cooking meals.
