Two guys located in Kings Heath, close to transport links to the centre.
We keep to normal working hours of 9 - 5 monday to friday most weeks, but one of us does work nights on occasion and the other spends a lot of the summer on the road, so we are very respectful of different people's schedules.
Spacious house, bedroom unfurnished (Apart from bedside table) but downstairs is fully furnished with loads of amenities to make your life easier... including washing machine, tumble-dryer, dish-washer, 2x fridges, TV, loads of kitchen gadgets your welcome to use, BBQ & a pool table!
Room on offer is a small double but comes with an extra spare room to make up the space... you can use it as maybe a walk in wardrobe or office or something. So essentially your getting 2 rooms for the price of 1!
Bills included in the price per month (This includes gas, electric, water, internet (200 megabyte fiber optic) & council tax)
To be honest we're just looking for someone easy going.
