Description
I have a lovely double bedroom to rent in an apartment in King's Norton to a professional female. You'd have the entire flat to yourself practically all of the time as I work in London and when I’m local I stay with family in Worcestershire.
It’s available now but I’d like to paint it again, so it’ll be ready to live in from mid-Sept onwards. The communal areas are furnished and the double bedroom is furnished. There's an allocated parking space in the apartment car park and plenty of roadside parking available for guests.
It's in a quiet location (Monyhull Grange development), lovely parks & open spaces nearby. Access to the city centre, Kings Heath, Moseley and Bournville. Close to shops, pubs, 24-hour supermarkets etc. There's a bus stop a few minutes walk from the property and King's Norton train station is a short drive away (16mins to city centre), so really good, quick access to Birmingham city centre.
Rent is £650 PCM. Bills aren't included but I’ll cover half of the council tax which works out to £87 each - it's a beautiful flat in a really lovely location, so if you're interested (and clean!) please get in touch.
To give an idea of bills, while I was living in the flat they typically came to £80-100 pcm for electricity (as no gas)
Water is quarterly - £120ish
WiFi was £32 pcm
Council tax
I also had sky and other extras but those were the bulk. Let me know if you have any questions or if you’d like to arrange a viewing!
