I'm currently living on my own in a four bedroom house so there is plenty of room for a housemate! It's a lovely new build, 3 storey house in a nice area, and my bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor so the space for rent is on its own separate level. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with everything you could need, and there is plenty of storage in the house as well as a garage. There is also a private bathroom. The monthly rent is £450 which includes everything (heating, water, electricity, council tax, internet).
The room in the pics is actually only available for the next couple of months as I've promised it to a friend from August, so short term let is fine, but I do have another spare room which could easily be moved in to if you like it enough; the house is big enough for 3 people.
