A large double room available for a professional person in a well sought after and quiet area of Kings Norton, in the south west area of Birmingham.. I prefer a female lodger as all previous lodgers have been female and this has worked out well in the past.

It is located 5 minutes walk and 20 minutes walk from a bus stop and Cross City Line rail station (to New Street Station) respectively and also within easy reach of both M42 and M5.

The room is furnished. Separate bathroom for your sole use. All facilities of the house are available for your use.

Rent includes all bills apart from council tax which is band G and is based on sole occupancy though some limited flexibility for other persons to stay over on occasions.

There is plenty of off street parking available and storage space in a garage if required.
