We live In a small 3 bedroom house with a drive for parking for 2 cars and a parking space in front of the garage We have nice back garden with a hot tub, which you can use .
The house is right by all the main bus routes, very close to the motorway networks and a 15 minute walk to the train station and 22 minutes train journey into the city centre.
The bedroom is compact but also has under bed storage. It has a fold down desk for work or studying. There is fully equipped kitchen, with plenty or storage, bathroom with
a seperate shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. If you want to redecorate your room that’s not a problem. Viewings welcome, any questions please ask.
Ideally We are looking for a long term residency:
All bills inc Council tax included.
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing person, who would respect shift workers. If you want to smoke it’s not a problem, but we would ask you to smoke in the garden.
