1 double room available in 3 bed house. Room has new carpet only built 12 months ago in quiet street close to Stourbridge.

We are ideally looking for a student/professional who requires the room weekdays but will consider full week. We have 2 friendly dogs a nice garden and kitchen with all ameneties. This isn’t a house share and other rooms will not be shared it’s our home.

The area is quiet and nice, bus stop 20 yards away trsnsport links to Stourbridge, Birmingham, Worcester, Wolverhampton. Easy to get to local hospitals and universities.

Parking available if needed.

We will consider different length of let depending upon applicant.
