We are looking for someone to rent our room, full or part weekly considered.
The sunny, spacious double room has en suite shower room, fridge, tv with sky, wifi, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. You would have use of our kitchen if required, and laundry room. (weekly wash included)
We live in a modern detached house in the middle of Kingswinford, with a large pretty garden and parking on driveway, 2 mins to shops, pubs, buses etc...buses to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge or Merry Hill. Walking distance from Pensnett Trading Estate and Eon and 10 mins drive to Marry Hill.
We're Alan ( a plumber ) and Jo (retired teacher) both friendly and flexible...we also share our home with our quiet little cat.
