Ideal Location For WMAS Paramedic Students

Hello, we have a double room available for rent in a house which is at the end of a cul-de-sac on a modern housing estate.

It is quiet here, we can't be seen from the main estate road and there is just one house next door and another across the drive.

You will have your own bathroom (not en suite but exclusive use), the kitchen has recently been refitted and you are welcome to use it and everything in it.
We have a large cupboard that you can use as well as the fridge and freezer.

You will have full access to laundry facilities, Wi-Fi etc and all bills are included in the rent, and there is a garden with a patio out the back.

The village is convenient for access to Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, Kidderminster and Worcester.
Major employers in easy distance are Russell's Hall Hospital, Merry Hill, Npower and Eon.

The distance to the West Midland Ambulance Service's paramedic training centre is 2. 2 miles, which is less than 10 minutes drive in the morning. We have had several aspiring paras stay with us for the duration of their training.

We are roughly 25 minutes from Junction 2 or 4 of the M5, bus routes into Stourbridge, Merry Hill, Dudley and Wolverhampton are close by.

We are a family of three, my name is Jon. I'm currently a Podiatrist, my wife is Debbie is a school office manager and our son William is 10 years old.
